On 16.10.2012 was announced by the People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City, that it would negotiate with the Vietnamese artist Viet Khang and Tran Vu Anh Binh. They were accused of spreading propaganda against the socialist state Vietnam. According to paragraph 2 of Article 88 of the Vietnamese criminal code they can get 10 to 20 years in prison if they are considered guilty.
